Nebbiolo d'Alba Occhetti

Decided to give this a try even though I felt that it was a bit early for this wine. The first impressions were that I was right as it was still tight and slightly compact, but after a few ours of the bottle being open the wine opened up a bit more. No justice was done as we had it without any matching food but thoroughly enjoyed it, still a bit young in my opinion
