Il Roncat Ramandolo

This dessert wine is made with 100% Verduzzo grapes picked on the hill of " Roncat", it is "rocked" during its fermentation into French barriques. Its colour is strong, gold yellow. The nose has scents of fruit and vanilla. Its palate is sweet, harmonious, charismatic and lightly tannic.
It blends with desserts and with patè and foie gras at the beginning of meal or, at the end, with fermented and goat cheese. It must be drunk within 10 years and more after vintage. This is a gem with a light alcohol content of 12.5% as compared to most of today's wines.
