Squarano Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2003

Now this is what a Valpolicella should be like, loads of cherry's on the nose with plums underlying. The palate has some crispiness with again loads and loads of sour cherries coming through with light spice. There is a very slight bitterness at the end of a very long and succulent finish. Classical wine, something that I could drink every night.
